Our team will meet you in the comfort of your home to discuss your vision for your project. We'll collect all the information we need to prepare a written estimate.

If you need design help, we will put you in touch with our design partners so you have the support you need. We have close relationships with architects, designers, and cabinetmakers who can make your dreams a reality. 

We will both sign a written contract once you approve the final estimate. It sets out the price of your job, the payment schedule, and our respective obligations. This is when we take your first payment and issue your tentative start date.

We'll use change orders to make any adjustments after this point.

If you are working with one of our design partners, they will help you map out your ideal space. They'll use any combination of 2D and 3D designs, drawings, and vision boards to bring the picture to life.

Once we have a contract signed, you'll be given a selection sheet. This is where you'll record your choices for all the decorative elements of your project.  If you're working with our design partners, they'll do the shopping for you! Our office will take it from there! 

We’ll coordinate every aspect of your project from start to finish. Our experienced office manager will place material orders and arrange pickups and deliveries. We'll also coordinate our tradespeople to ensure your job runs smoothly. If you're doing outdoor work, we'll do infrastructure locates as needed.
